By scheduling an appointment on Maxo Bike, you agree to provide authentic contact and vehicle model parameters. All reservations are subject to service slot availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of extreme weather conditions or slot overruns.
Any cost estimate provided prior to service is subject to modification upon physical inspection. We will not proceed with additional spare parts installations or major engine repairs without obtaining your explicit authorization (via phone call, WhatsApp, or email).
Our 30-day comprehensive service warranty applies to the specific mechanical adjustments and repair tasks performed. The warranty does not cover: faults caused by subsequent accidental impacts, unauthorized third-party repairs, low engine oil operation, or riding with incorrect tyre pressures.
Payment must be settled in full upon completion of vehicle servicing and prior to vehicle dispatch or drop-off. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Vehicles will not be handed over until outstanding invoices are cleared.
Vehicles left at our workshop for more than 5 days post service completion notification may incur a nominal daily storage fee of ₹100 unless coordinated and agreed upon beforehand.
